With over 18 years, Carol Ann brings a wealth of experience and a unique dual-state perspective to her role, holding active licenses in both California and Illinois.

Carol Ann’s real estate journey began in her hometown of Chicago, where she laid the foundation for her real estate career. In early 2015, a new chapter began as she set her sights on Southern California, obtaining her California license, and diving headfirst into the dynamic market. In early 2023, she continued her commitment and obtained her California Broker’s License. As the co-founder of the CAL Estates Group at Christie’s International Real Estate | Southern California, Carol Ann and her business partner bring a combined 32 years of industry expertise. Their partnership is grounded in values of compassion, creativity, collaboration, and unwavering integrity. Together, they elevate client experiences from excellent to truly exceptional, focusing not just on transactions but on helping clients achieve their short-term and long term lifestyle dreams.

Before venturing into real estate, Carol Ann established herself in the Hospitality industry, cultivating a robust skill set in customer service, marketing, and technology. Her journey included owning a successful restaurant, managing renowned establishments in Chicago, serving as the Fresh Foods/New Concept Manager for a franchise with 200+ locations, and acting as Sales Manager for a tech solutions firm catering to the restaurant industry.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Carol Ann is deeply committed to her family and rescue animals. An avid seeker of live music with her husband, she also shares her daughter’s passion for bird watching. Surprisingly more comfortable in a lumber yard than a shoe store, she has a love for DIY projects and collecting power tools.

In every aspect of her life, Carol Ann embodies a commitment to excellence, integrity, and a passion for helping others turn their dreams into reality.

Laurie

The incredible Southern California scene has been my home all my life. After growing up in Uptown Whittier, I lived on campus at the University of Southern California, where I started my first year as a Music Major. I “sing” and play the piano by ear, which is to say that I don’t read music very well. I shifted focus and graduated from USC with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts and Sciences and a minor in Cinema History and Criticism.

Before diving into my real estate career 13 years ago, I was the Animation Producer for The Simpsons and received 4 Emmy Awards. Working with a crew of about 150 creative and talented people for almost 20 years was the experience of a lifetime. Artists are crazy, and I say that from the bottom of my heart.

I have enjoyed additional real estate roles as Branch Manager and Contract Instructor for many years. Now as a seasoned full-time real estate agent and co-Founder of CAL Estates Group, we enjoy working with Clients on finding their dream homes in the Pasadena and Valley neighborhoods.

I’m a long-time resident of La Verne with my husband, Mark, two sons and our Wheaton puppy dog, Zoe. We are sports fans, food lovers and nature buffs. If you bring me chocolate, I am your friend for life.

Lake Tahoe is my second home, so if you ever need ideas of where to go or what to do while visiting or are considering a second home in a beautiful place, I will happily be your virtual tour guide.
